These services include, but are not limited to, recruitment for nurses and IT staff (administrators and developers), value-added reselling (VAR) of IT products, cryptocurrency consulting and Chainalysis reselling, and music promotion with global streaming. By engaging with our website (www.prismafox.com) or any of our services, you (the 'Client') agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, which establishes the legal relationship between you and Prisma Fox Corporation regarding refunds.

Our policy is designed to protect both PrismaFox Corporation and our clients by setting clear expectations for refunds, particularly given the nature of our global, export-focused services, with over 80% of our revenue derived from clients outside Puerto Rico in compliance with Act 60 incentives. Refunds for professional services like recruitment, consulting, and event promotion differ from those for physical product sales, as our offerings are primarily service-based and tailored to specific client needs. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in service agreements, and Prisma Fox Corporation reserves the right to deny refunds where services have been rendered or where refund requests do not comply with this policy. Legal protections and refund regulations may vary by jurisdiction, and Prisma Fox Corporation is not responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws outside Puerto Rico.   • PrismaFox Corporation’s Refund Policy includes the following key terms to govern refund requests for our services:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined in your service agreement with PrismaFox Corporation. Recruitment services (e.g., nurse placements, IT staff hiring), IT reselling, cryptocurrency consulting, and music promotion are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated, as they involve significant time, resources, and third-party coordination.

  • Refund Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service commencement date, as defined in your service agreement. Late requests will not be considered.

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds will only be issued if PrismaFox Corporation fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own error or omission (e.g., failure to provide a candidate shortlist for recruitment, failure to deliver IT products, or failure to stream a music event). Refunds will not be issued for client-side issues, such as dissatisfaction with a candidate’s performance, changes in project scope, or cancellation of an event by the client.

  • Refund Amount: If a refund is approved, it will be partial or full, depending on the extent of services already rendered. For example, if recruitment services have resulted in a candidate shortlist but the client cancels, a partial refund may be issued after deducting costs incurred. Non-refunded amounts may be offered as credit for future services at PrismaFox’s discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees: Initial deposits, consultation fees, and setup fees for services (e.g., recruitment search fees, event streaming setup) are non-refundable, as they cover preliminary work and third-party costs.

  • Third-Party Services: PrismaFox Corporation is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services or products (e.g., IT products resold through our VAR services, third-party streaming platforms for music events). Clients must seek refunds directly from the third-party provider.

  • Liability and Jurisdiction: PrismaFox Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from refund disputes. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and any disputes will be resolved in Puerto Rico courts, though clients are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
